Cancellation Policy
Zoz Express Window Tint Service Agreement Effective July 2025 This agreement applies to all window tint services booked through zozexpress.com or any authorized Zoz Express platform. By scheduling and paying for a service, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the following terms. Service Authorization By booking, the customer authorizes Zoz Express to install window tint film on the vehicle listed. The customer confirms they are the vehicle owner or have authorization from the owner to approve the service. Payment Authorization Full payment is required at booking to reserve the appointment. Payment authorizes Zoz Express to charge the selected method for the service and reserves technician time, materials, and appointment slot. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes for services that were scheduled, confirmed, completed, or canceled outside the allowed cancellation window. Zoz Express may provide booking records, communication logs, service documentation, and photos as evidence to the payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks may be considered payment fraud. Tint Curing Period Tint requires 3–7 days to cure. During this time, small bubbles, haze, or distortion may appear and are normal. Customers agree not to roll down windows for at least 48 hours after installation. Tint Shade and Legal Compliance Customers are responsible for selecting the desired shade and ensuring compliance with local laws. Zoz Express is not liable for fines, citations, or legal issues resulting from the chosen tint shade. Cancellations and No-Shows Appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows incur a $50 fee deducted from the payment. Vehicle Condition Zoz Express is not responsible for pre-existing glass damage, scratches, cracks, weakened defroster lines, or issues from removing old tint. Service Concerns Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. Zoz Express will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate issues. Privacy Customer information is used only for scheduling and communication and is never sold or shared with third parties. By booking a service, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and acknowledges understanding.
