If a pricing error occurs, ZOZ Express reserves the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and issue a refund.

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on the shipping destination within the United States and is displayed at checkout.

Aside from shipping and tax, no additional fees are added by ZOZ Express.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy (Online Products)

Processing Time:

Orders placed before 3:00 PM CST Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped the same business day if in stock.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, ZOZ Express only ships within the United States.

Orders placed with an international address will be canceled and refunded.
Lost or Delayed Shipments:

ZOZ Express is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If a shipment appears lost, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier and determine next steps.

4. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy (Online Products)

ZOZ Express wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, the following policy applies:
Return Eligibility:

Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Items damaged by misuse or improper handling are not eligible.
Proof of Purchase:

A receipt, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase is required.
Return Timeframe:

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Non‑Returnable Items:

Gift cards, shipping charges, and any items marked “final sale” or “non‑returnable” are not eligible for return or refund.
Refund Process:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.

ZOZ Express Vehicle Services Return and Refund Policy

These terms apply to in‑person vehicle services such as detailing, window tint, ceramic coating, paint correction, vinyl wrap, and PPF.

1. Services Offered
​
ZOZ Express provides professional automotive appearance and protection services, including but not limited to:

Interior and exterior detailing

Paint correction
-
Ceramic coating
-
Paint protection film (PPF)

Window tint
-
Vinyl wraps, color change wraps, decals, and chrome delete
Some services may not be suitable for all vehicles or conditions; limitations will be explained during inspection and quoting.

2. Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Appointments:

All services are by appointment, including same‑day services when available.
Deposits:
-
A deposit may be required to secure an appointment when the vehicle is not present.

Deposits help cover reserved time, shop space, and materials.
Refundable Deposit:

Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 7 days before your appointment.
Special Orders:

Services requiring special‑order film, coatings, or custom materials may require a higher, partially or fully non‑refundable deposit. This will be disclosed upfront.
Cancellations / Rescheduling:

For cancellations or rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice, deposits may be forfeited or credited at the discretion of ZOZ Express.
Payment Methods (in‑store services):

Cash, major credit/debit cards, and other accepted forms of payment will be communicated at booking.
3. Pricing and Payment

Custom Quotes:

All service prices are based on vehicle size, condition, complexity, and product choice.

Heavily soiled, neglected, or modified vehicles may incur additional charges.
Estimate Confirmation:

After inspecting the vehicle, ZOZ Express will confirm whether a quote is final or a starting estimate.

Any price changes or additional recommended work will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding.
Final Payment:

Full payment is due at the time services are completed, before the vehicle is released.
4. Customer Responsibilities and Liability

Personal Items:

Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before drop‑off.

ZOZ Express is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
Pre‑Existing Damage:

ZOZ Express is not liable for pre‑existing damage, worn materials, or hidden defects (e.g., weak clear coat, failing tint, loose trim).

Any known issues should be disclosed before service; staff may document visible damage during check‑in.
Satisfaction and Re‑Work:

If you have concerns about the service, notify us as soon as possible—ideally at pickup or within a reasonable timeframe (such as 48–72 hours).

At ZOZ Express’s discretion, issues related to workmanship may be addressed with touch‑ups or re‑work, rather than monetary refunds.
No Performance Guarantee Beyond Intended Use:

While care is taken to use quality products and processes, ZOZ Express cannot guarantee performance beyond the normal, intended use of coatings, films, or tints, especially if maintenance guidelines are not followed.
5. Data Collection, Security, and Privacy

Name, phone number, email, vehicle information, service history, and billing details needed to schedule and complete services.
Payment Security:

Payments are processed securely through a third‑party payment processor.

ZOZ Express does not store full credit card numbers.

ZOZ Express does not sell or share customer data with unrelated third parties for marketing.
6. Order, Appointment, and Policy Changes
