Services Offered
ZOZ Express provides professional automotive appearance and protection services, which may include:
Interior and exterior detailing
Paint correction
Ceramic coating
Paint Protection Film (PPF)
Window tinting
Vinyl wraps, color change wraps, decals, and chrome delete
Certain services may not be available for all vehicles. Service limitations may apply based on vehicle type, age, condition, or existing damage. ZOZ Express reserves the right to refuse or modify services if a vehicle is deemed unsafe, unsuitable, or beyond the scope of the scheduled work.

Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Appointments:
All services require an appointment, including same-day service when available.
Appointments can be requested by phone, email, or through any online booking options provided by ZOZ Express.

Deposits:
A deposit may be required for certain services, especially when the vehicle is not present or when special materials must be ordered.
Deposits secure your time slot and allow ZOZ Express to allocate staff and materials.

Refundable Deposit:
Deposits are generally refundable if you cancel or reschedule with at least seven (7) days’ notice before your appointment.

Special Orders:
Services that require special-order materials (such as specific films, coatings, or custom vinyl) may require a larger deposit that may be partially or fully non-refundable. Any non-refundable portion will be disclosed at booking.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than seven (7) days’ notice may result in loss of deposit, at ZOZ Express’s discretion.
Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.
Pricing and Payment

Custom Quotes:
Pricing is based on vehicle size, condition, service difficulty, and materials used.
Excessive contamination (pet hair, smoke residue, heavy staining, overspray, etc.) may increase the price.

Estimate Confirmation:
Before starting work, ZOZ Express will confirm whether the quote given is a final price or a starting estimate.
If additional work is needed beyond the initial estimate, the customer will be informed and must approve any changes before work continues.
​
Payment:
Full payment is due upon completion of services and before vehicle release.
ZOZ Express accepts cash and major credit/debit cards; other options may be offered and will be communicated at booking.
Customer Responsibilities and Liability

Personal Items:
Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from the vehicle before drop-off.
​
ZOZ Express is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
​
Pre-Existing Damage:
ZOZ Express is not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, weak paint/clear coat, worn components, or previous poor repairs.

Staff may document visible existing damage at check-in. Customers are encouraged to point out any known issues before service.
​
Vehicle Condition and Access:
Vehicles must be driveable and safe to move.
​
ZOZ Express reserves the right to decline service if a vehicle presents safety hazards or extreme conditions beyond the scheduled service scope.

Satisfaction and Warranty:
ZOZ Express strives for customer satisfaction and stands behind its workmanship.

If you have concerns, you must contact us promptly—ideally at pickup or within a reasonable time (e.g., 48–72 hours).
​
In most cases, remedies will involve inspection and re-work or touch-up, not monetary refunds. Any specific warranties for coatings, films, or tints will be provided separately at the time of service.

Data Collection and Privacy
Data Collection:
ZOZ Express may collect basic customer information, including name, phone number, email, vehicle details, appointment history, and billing-related information for scheduling and record-keeping.

Payment Security:
Payments are processed through secure, reputable payment processors.
ZOZ Express does not store full credit card numbers.

ZOZ Express does not sell or share customer data with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.
