Service Description

🔴 Stage 3 – Full Correction Polish "Paint Perfection Package" Our most intensive paint correction service. This multi-step polish removes deep swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and other heavy imperfections. We use a compound to cut into the clear coat, followed by a refining polish to bring out a flawless finish. Cancellation Policy

This agreement applies to all services booked through zozexpress.com or any authorized Zoz Express platform, including detailing, window tinting, and mobile services. By booking and submitting payment, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to the following terms. Service Authorization By booking, the customer authorizes Zoz Express to perform the selected services on the listed vehicle. The customer confirms they are the vehicle owner or have permission from the owner to approve the service. Payment Authorization Full payment is required at booking to reserve the appointment. Payment authorizes Zoz Express to charge the selected method for the service and reserves technician time, materials, and equipment. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that were scheduled, confirmed, completed, or canceled outside the allowed cancellation window. Zoz Express may submit booking confirmations, communication logs, service documentation, and photos as evidence. Fraudulent chargebacks may be considered payment fraud. Cancellations and No-Shows Appointments canceled at least 48 hours in advance qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows incur a $50 fee deducted from the payment. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges. Vehicle Condition & Additional Charges Pricing is based on standard vehicle condition. Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, old tint removal, unusual vehicle conditions, or mobile service location limitations. Customers will be notified and must approve extra charges before work begins. Zoz Express is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, mechanical issues, or defroster/film damage during tint removal. Tint Curing & Legal Compliance Window tint requires a 3–7 day curing period. Small bubbles, haze, or distortion may occur and are normal. Customers agree not to roll down windows for at least 48 hours. Customers are responsible for selecting tint shade and ensuring compliance with local laws. Zoz Express is not liable for fines or citations. Service Concerns Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. Zoz Express will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate issues. Privacy Customer information is used only for scheduling and communication and is never sold or shared with third parties. By booking any service, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms.
