Cancellation Policy
📋 Zoz Express Online Booking Policy Effective July 2025 This policy applies to all detailing, tint, and related services booked through zozexpress.com or affiliated platforms. Please read carefully before booking. 1. Booking & Confirmation All services must be booked in advance through our website or authorized platforms. A confirmation email or text will be sent once your booking is approved. Appointments are not final until you receive confirmation from Zoz Express. 2. Payment Requirements Full payment is required at the time of booking for all services. Payment is applied to your final service total. If you add services during your appointment, they will be charged separately. The payment is refundable only if cancellation occurs 48 hours or more before your appointment time. 3. Payments Accepted We accept major credit/debit cards, digital payment platforms, and cash (in-shop only for additional services). 4. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, deducted from your refund. No-shows will also be charged a $50 fee. The remaining balance will be refunded if applicable. Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require pre-approval for future bookings. 5. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 rescheduling fee. Multiple reschedules may lead to restricted booking privileges. 6. Arrival & Vehicle Readiness Please arrive on time with your vehicle: Clean and free of personal belongings. Ready for the scheduled service. If your vehicle is not ready, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule. Zoz Express reserves the right to refuse service in these cases. 7. Additional Charges Additional labor fees may apply for: Excessive pet hair Heavy stains Unusual damage or preparation needs We will notify you before proceeding with any additional charges. 8. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll make reasonable efforts to address and resolve your concern. 9. Privacy Policy Your personal information is used only for booking and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
